Mířkov (German: Mirschikau) is a municipality and village in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.
Mířkov lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) north of Domažlice, 39 km (24 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 123 km (76 mi) south-west of Prague.
