Santiago Ihuitlán Plumas
Municipality and town in Oaxaca, Mexico
17°51′N 97°26′W / 17.850°N 97.433°W / 17.850; -97.433Santiago Ihuitlán Plumas is a town and municipality in Oaxaca in south-western Mexico. The municipality covers an area of km². It is part of the Coixtlahuaca District in the Mixteca Region.
As of 2005, the municipality had a total population of 507.[1]
