Snoonet is a medium-sized Internet Relay Chat (IRC) network. It is currently one of the most popular IRC networks,[3] placed in top twenty networks by number of users.[4] The networks purpose is to be a chat platform for Reddit's channels, or so called "subreddits".[5] The network has around ~2,100 users and about ~5,300 channels.[4]

History

At one point in history, Private Internet Access donated 25,000 dollars to Snoonet.[6]
