Szalowa [ʂaˈlɔva] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Łużna, within Gorlice County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-west of Łużna, 11 km (7 mi) west of Gorlice, and 89 km (55 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kraków.[1]

The main church, St. Michael's, a wooden church built in the 18th century, is on the National Historic registry.
