Carefree (sh. Bezbrižna) je američki filmski mjuzikl snimljen 1938. godine u režiji Marka Sandricha. Protagonist, čiji lik tumači Fred Astaire je psihijatar koga prijatelj angažira da pregleda njegovu zaručnicu (čiji lik tumači Ginger Rogers), a koja se nikako ne može odlučiti za brak. Radnja prikazuje kako se psihijatar zaljubi u svoju pacijenticu. Carefree se istakao dopadljivim muzičkim brojevima koje je komponirao Irving Berlin, ali je danas najpoznatiji kao jedini od mjuzikala Astaire i Rogers u kome dvije zvijezde dijele poljubac.
