Nephtys incisa[1][2][4][8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17] är en ringmaskart som beskrevs av Anders Johan Malmgren 1865. Nephtys incisa ingår i släktet Nephtys och familjen Nephtyidae.[18][19][20] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[20] Utöver nominatformen finns också underarten N. i. bilobata.[18]
